The Playground is established in Jun 2008 by an ordinary girl who simply love hand-made items and not forgetting, her strong passion of wanting to be an entreprenuer. This space, thus, becomes part of her world to realise her goals and to connect with people out there who share the same interests. The business debut with product lines of adorable miniature cakes made into lovely accessories. Right here, we believe "simplicity is love"...

Terms & Conditions
• All products are priced in SGD.
• Colours of the products may vary due to camera lightings or monitor resolution.
• By placing your orders with The Playground, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with all the T & C.
Orders & Payment
• Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
• A 3-day reservation will be given for all orders from date of confirmation.
• All payments are to be made via POSB/DBS ATM transfer or i-banking within Three (3) days from date of confirmation.
• Kindly e-mail The Playground with your bank transaction details after payment.
• Cancellation of orders is forbidden once payment is made to The Playground.
Postage/Self Collection
• Customers may opt for local non-registered postage or registered postage.
• All local non-registered postage charges are absorbed by The Playground.
• The Playground shall not be liable for any postage loss or damage arising from or in connection with any error, omission or discrepancy in the data received.
• Registered postage is available at an additional charges of SGD 2.50 to the total amount of order. Tracking number for your registered postage will be e-mailed to you upon mailing.
• Alternatively, self-collection is available at either Bedok or Tanah Merah MRT station at no extra charges. Other venue may be arranged but this is subject to additional charges and/or availability.
• The Playground appreciate your punctuality for all self-collection. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given for all self-collection.
Return Policy
• Goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
• In the event of product defects due to our oversight, kindly send us an e-mail to arrange for goods exchange within Three (3) days from date of received.
• Refund will only be done in the event where the paid item is out of stock.
